Description
Yesterday a cousin called me and told me about pain in her gall bladder, which had been slightly noticeable for days.
Yesterday, on the last day of her vacation, she got severe colic so that she got into the car and just wanted to go home. She calls me from the car and asks for advice.
I read her the sentences on bile from Björn's book and she says I'll think about it. Then came the following voice message:
The conflict resolution happened a day earlier: the partner she separated from a year ago (father of her 2-year-old son) showed understanding for the first time after constant accusations and territorial violations (insults) and spoke out about it.

Resolution of a territorial conflict (“I could spit venom and bile”) with biliary colic as an epi-crisis in the healing phase.
To explain: The friend helped herself with a very good technique: Striking out (according to Uwe Eggers). "You enter the conflict situation and simultaneously stroke certain parts of the body. She did this mentally — and it worked, even while driving."
